Terms of Registration

1.1 Registration is confirmed only after:

• a) Full names + ID submitted
• b) N$300 registration fee paid
• c) Proof of ID + payment received
• d) Admin confirmation call completed

1.2 The Academy reserves the right to decline registration if documents are fraudulent, entry requirements are not met, or class capacity is reached.

1.3 Registration is for the specific intake and campus selected. Transfers require written approval from the Admin Office.

2.1 Registration Fee: N$300 once-off, non-refundable after the confirmation call.

2.2 Tuition Fee: N$500 per month, payable by the 7th of each month.

2.3 Late payment may result in suspension from classes and withholding of results.

2.4 All payments must reference your ID number. The Academy is not liable for payments made to incorrect accounts or without a reference.

2.5 Fees are subject to annual review. Existing students will receive 30 days' notice of changes.

3.1 Students must attend at least 80% of classes to qualify for final assessment.

3.2 All assessments, assignments, and practicals must be completed by due dates.

3.3 Plagiarism, cheating, or dishonesty will result in disciplinary action, including possible deregistration without refund.

3.4 Certificates are issued only after:

• a) All modules passed
• b) All fees settled
• c) Graduation clearance signed

4.1 Students must uphold the values of respect, integrity, and professionalism on campus and online groups.

4.2 No alcohol, drugs, weapons, or disruptive behavior on Academy premises.

4.3 Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of students or staff will lead to immediate disciplinary hearing.

4.4 The Academy reserves the right to suspend or deregister students who breach this code. No refund will be issued.

5.1 Reward of N$50 is payable only when:

• a) New student registers using your cell number as "Referred By"
• b) New student pays N$300
• c) New student physically attends Day 1 of class

5.2 Self-referrals, fake names, or duplicate IDs will not be paid and may result in disqualification.

5.3 Rewards are paid via EFT within 48 hours of verification. You must provide correct banking details.

5.4 The Academy's decision on verification is final.

6.1 You may cancel within 48 hours of your confirmation call for a full refund of tuition paid, minus N$50 admin fee. Registration fee is non-refundable.

6.2 No refunds after classes commence on 4 May 2026, except if the Academy cancels the program.

6.3 If you are deregistered for disciplinary reasons, no refund will be issued.

7.1 You consent to the Academy processing your personal data per our Privacy Policy for academic and NQA compliance purposes.

7.2 You consent to receive SMS/WhatsApp communication about classes, fees, and events. Reply "STOP" to opt out of non-essential messages.

7.3 You are responsible for updating your contact details with Admin. The Academy is not liable for missed communication due to outdated details.

8.1 The Academy is not liable for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property while on campus, except where caused by gross negligence of the Academy.

8.2 Students attend practical sessions, including farm visits, at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions.

9.1 The Academy may amend these terms. Updated versions will be posted on the website. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance.

10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes shall be heard in Namibian courts.
