Everything you need to know about studying at Namorigin Academy

Registration & Fees

1. How do I register for the 3rd Intake?

Follow our simple 4-step process:

  1. WhatsApp your names + ID to 085 660 0009
  2. Pay N$300 registration fee
  3. Send ID photo + proof of payment
  4. Wait for Admin confirmation call

Classes start 10 May 2026.

2. What are the total fees?

Registration: N$300 (once-off commitment fee)

Tuition: N$500 per month for the duration of your program.

Example: 3-month course = N$300 + (N$500 x 3) = N$1,800 total

Business Administration & Management is FREE! Only pay N$300 registration fee.

3. Can I pay monthly?

Yes! After the N$300 registration, you pay N$500 monthly. Payment is due by the 7th of each month.

4. Do you accept cash?

No. For your safety and our records, all payments must be:

  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
  • Bank deposit
  • Mobile money

Always use your ID number as the payment reference.

Academic

5. What is NamOrigin Academy's institutional status?

NamOrigin Academy is a bona fide institution registered with the Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sport, Arts & Culture (MEIYSAC) under the Directorate of Youth Development.

The Academy maintains strategic affiliations with various line ministries and government agencies relevant to its training programs.

Corporate Registration:
NamOrigin Academy is duly registered with the Ministry of Industrialisation and Trade through the Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA), Registration No: CC/2024/04892.

Accreditation Status:
While registration with the Namibia Qualifications Authority (NQA) is currently pending, NamOrigin Academy's application is under formal review. All academic programs have been developed in full alignment with the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).

6. When are classes held?

Evening classes designed for working students:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 19:00 - 21:00 (7pm - 9pm)

This schedule allows you to work during the day and study in the evening! We are intentionally designed for working students who want to upgrade their skills without quitting their jobs.

7. Does NamOrigin graduate its students?

Yes. We graduate all students who successfully complete their program. See Graduation Package details below:

NAMORIGIN ACADEMY | GRADUATION PACKAGE

Included for ALL students who successfully complete their program. N$1,500.00 compulsory package:

1. Official Certification
  • Certificate of Completion printed on premium paper with official NamOrigin seal
  • Academic Transcript showing modules completed and marks obtained
  • Verified by the Office of the Executive Director
2. Graduation Ceremony Access
  • Official invitation for the graduate + 2 guests to attend the graduation ceremony
  • Venue access at designated NamOrigin graduation venue
  • Formal program with guest speaker, awards, and certificate conferment
3. Graduation Regalia | For Ceremony Use
  • Tassel & Hoodie provided for use during the ceremony
  • Mortarboard cap & Scroll
4. Celebration & Media
  • Professional group photos with your class
  • Individual photo receiving certificate on stage
  • Digital photos sent to your WhatsApp/email after event
  • Name published in official NamOrigin Graduation Booklet
5. Post-Graduation Support
  • Reference letter from NamOrigin Academy upon request
  • Alumni network access for job opportunities and workshops
  • Free reprint of certificate if lost | Admin fee N$50 applies after first replacement
8. Where are your campuses?

We currently have campuses in:

  • Windhoek
  • Walvis Bay

Exact addresses are on our Contact page. Online learning support will be added in Phase 2.

8. What if I miss a class?

If you miss a class:

  1. Inform your lecturer and SRC Team Leader
  2. Materials will be shared in your WhatsApp class group

Important: More than 3 missed classes without apology may affect your results.

Each One, Reach One Campaign

9. How does "Each One, Reach One" work?

It's simple:

  1. Tell a friend about Namorigin
  2. They register and use YOUR cell number as "Referred By"
  3. They must attend Day 1 of class
  4. You get paid N$50 via EFT within 48hrs of verification!
10. How many people can I refer?

No limit!

  • Refer 10 friends = N$500
  • Refer 20 friends = N$1,000

Funds can go towards your graduation fees or be paid out to you!

11. When do I get paid for referrals?

Payouts happen:

  • After the new student attends Day 1
  • After Admin verifies their payment
  • Every Friday during the campaign
12. Can SRCs also earn referral money?

Yes! SRC Team Leaders are also student agents. You earn:

  • N$50 per referral
  • Team bonuses if your team performs best

Other Questions

13. How do I get my certificate? What is the fees policy?

To receive your certificate:

  1. Complete all modules
  2. Pass all assessments
  3. Settle all outstanding fees (including N$1,500 graduation package)
  4. Attend the Graduation Ceremony

Important Fees Policy:

  • Fees Owed = No Certificate Issued
  • Students with outstanding balances will not be permitted to participate in the graduation ceremony or receive their certification until all financial obligations to NamOrigin Academy are cleared.
  • Payment plans are available - contact Admin to set up a plan
  • Referral earnings can be applied towards your graduation fees
Non-Attendance Policy

Can't attend graduation in person? No problem.

  1. Inform us in writing at least a week prior to the ceremony.
  2. We will courier your certificate to you.
  3. Join us via live stream and graduate virtually. Link will be shared.
14. Do you offer job placement?

We provide:

  • Job-readiness training
  • CV workshops
  • Connections with partner employers for top students

Our 89% employment/startup rate comes from the skills + character we build!

15. I forgot my Student Portal password.

Your login credentials are:

  • Username: Your ID Number
  • Password: Your Cell Number

16. How do I complain or give feedback?

We value your feedback!

  1. Speak to your SRC Team Leader first
  2. If unresolved, email info@namoriginacademy.org with subject "COMPLAINT"

The Executive Director reviews all complaints weekly.
